Attorney Bainbridge D. Testa has practiced disability and personal injury law for over 25 years. He has represented thousands of disabled individuals throughout New England before the Social Security Administration, and he has litigated, arbitrated and mediated countless personal injury cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Attorney Testa graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1995. He is licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He represents personal injury clients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and Social Security Disability clients throughout New England.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New Hampshire Bar. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and regularly attends NOSSCR’s annual conference for disability lawyers to stay up to date on the latest developments in the law. Attorney Testa is also a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).
